Welcome to the world of Flow! As a culmination of what I’ve learned in the “Drawing on the Web” class, my final dives deeper into some of my favorite projects, and comes to life through the world of one of my favorite films, Flow.
For all of the projects so far, I’ve found myself gravitating towards ways to visualize nature, including waves, flowers, clouds, and butterflies through various front-end techniques like web audio API, canvas objects, and CSS animation. Combining the essence of nature, a beautiful soundtrack, and the quintessential darling black cat from Flow, my project uses these digital mediums to bring out the beautiful randomness of nature and expand upon the scenes of the film.
